There are not many incidents where 360swim buoys fail to function properly, however, if you would like to return your order or are experiencing any issues with your product, please email me the following info via the contact form and I'll do all I can to make sure you are properly equipped for your next swim.
Please include the following info in your message:
- A copy of your purchase order
- The reason for returning the item (If there is a defect, I'd very much appreciate if you could please send me an image or a video, so I can use it to improve our product line in the future.)
Note: I will only refund any shipping costs, including the cost of returning your goods, if I shipped an incorrect product or the product is
found to have a genuine fault or is otherwise imperfect. If you wish to simply exchange your product I will ship the replacement product free of charge.
